John Heitmann advises broadband and Internet service providers on a broad range of privacy, data security, and communications law issues.  He has more than fifteen years of experience representing clients on regulatory policy, litigation, dispute resolution and enforcement matters before regulatory agencies, and in state, federal and appellate court litigation.  He counsels extensively on compliance policies and issues arising from the Communications Act, the FTC Act, and numerous other laws governing privacy, information security and telecommunications law issues.
